摘　　要：随着经济水平的飞跃和科学技术的迅猛发展,西藏民族医药以强劲的势头走进大众视野,带动了整个藏医药产业的迅速发展。同行业的内部竞争也随之愈演愈烈,藏医药产销业呈现出越来越多的问题,这些问题直接关系到一个企业的未来发展。因此,分析和评价企业的财务状况有利于企业规避财务危机,避免不必要的损失。奇正藏药是藏医药企业的领头军,近几年来呈现出持续向好的发展趋势。本文将以奇正藏药为例,从公司的财务能力方面进行分析,研究奇正藏药在医药行业方面取得的成就和存在的问题,为其他企业转型升级提供参考。With the leap in economic level and the rapid development of science and technology,Tibetan ethnic medicine has entered the public eye with strong momentum,driving the rapid development of the entire Tibetan pharmaceutical industry.The internal competition within the same industry has also become increasingly fierce,and the Tibetan medicine production and sales industry is facing more and more problems,which directly affect the future development of an enterprise.Therefore,analyzing and evaluating the financial situation of a company is beneficial for avoiding financial crises and unnecessary losses.Qizheng Tibetan Medicine is the leader of Tibetan pharmaceutical enterprises,and has shown a continuous trend of development in recent years.This article will take Qizheng Tibetan Medicine as an example to analyze the company's financial capabilities,study the achievements and problems of Qizheng Tibetan Medicine in the pharmaceutical industry,and provide reference for other enterprises'transformation and upgrading.
