某型轴承外圈止动环安装工装的设计

摘　　要：某型轴承由于没有专用的外圈止动环压装工具,只能采用手工操作方式,致使操作者劳动强度大且易被划伤,同时无法保证止动环完全进入到外圈止动槽中。针对上述问题设计了压入止动环的工装,该工装结构简单、实用,既节省了人工成本又提高了生产效率。Due to the lack of special tooling for a certain type of bearings,installation of outer ring stop ring can only be operated manually,resulting in high labor intensity and susceptibility to scratches for the operator.At the same time,it is impossible to ensure that the snap ring fully enters the snap ring groove of outer ring.The tooling for installation of snap ring has been designed to address the above issues.The tooling has a simple and practical structure,which not only saves labor costs but also improves production efficiency.
