摘　　要：特大型深沟球轴承内圈或外圈沟道位置尺寸变动量直接影响成品装配高和旋转精度。本文介绍了一种特大型深沟球轴承内圈或外圈沟道位置测量装置,该装置包括千分表、标准位置样板组件和标准钢球。标准位置样板组件包括端面定位板、千分表支撑板、定位螺栓和紧固螺栓。本装置利用千分表检测代替旧有的位置样板粗略评估方法,对产品合格率做严格的定量评估,为有效控制产品质量,提供了准确轻便的测量方法。The dimensional variation of the groove position of inner or outer rings of extra-large deep groove ball bearings directly affects the assembled height and rotation accuracy of finished products.This paper introduces a measuring device for groove position of the inner or outer ring of extra-large deep groove ball bearing,which includes a dial gauge,standard position template assembly and a standard steel ball.The standard position template assembly includes a face locating plate,a dial gauge support plate,a locating bolt and a fastening bolt.The dial meter detection is used for the device to replace the previous rough evaluation method with position template.The device can be used to make strict quantitative evaluation of products pass rate,and it provides a more accurate and lightweight measurement method for effective control of product quality.
