防治鸡大肠杆菌病复方中药口服液的筛选

摘　　要：为探究复方中药对鸡大肠杆菌病的防治效果,依据清热燥湿止痢、清热泻火健脾止痢、清热燥湿凉血止痢和清热泻火凉血止痢的原则自拟4个组方,同时用清热解毒、凉血止痢的白头翁汤作为阳性药物,煎煮法获得药液,分别进行了体外、体内抗菌效果的试验。根据鸡群感染大肠杆菌后的死亡时间、肝周炎和心包炎率等指标评价其对大肠杆菌病的预防和治疗效果。结果表明,四个组方体内外对大肠杆菌均具有一定的抑制作用,其中清热泻火凉血止痢与清热燥湿凉血止痢组方的体外抑菌效果较好;清热泻火凉血止痢组方的预防效果最好,清热燥湿凉血止痢和清热泻火凉血止痢的治疗效果均较好。综合以上结果,以生石膏、千里光等为主要成分的清热泻火凉血止痢方剂具有较好的降低体温和防治鸡大肠杆菌病的效果,可在临床生产中使用。In order to explore the effect of compound traditional Chinese medicine on the prevention and treatment of Chicken Colibacillosis,four groups of prescriptions were prepared according to the principles of clearing heat and drying dampness to stop dysentery,clearing heat and purging fire to strengthen the spleen to stop dysentery,clearing heat and drying dampness to cool blood to stop dysentery and clearing heat and purging fire to cool blood to stop dysentery.At the same time,the Pulsatilla Decoction of clearing heat and detoxification and cooling blood to stop dysentery was used as the positive drug,and the decoction was obtained by decocting method,which were tested in vitro and in vitro In vivo antibacterial effect test.The prevention and treatment of colibacillosis were evaluated according to the death time of chickens infected with E.coli,the ratio of perihepatic inflammation and pericarditis.The results showed that the four prescriptions had certain inhibitory effects on Escherichia coli in vitro and in vivo,among which the prescriptions of clearing heat,purging fire,cooling blood and stopping dysentery and the prescriptions of clearing heat,drying dampness,cooling blood and stopping dysentery had better antibacterial effects in vitro;The preventive effect of Qingre Xiehuo Liangxue Zhili formula is the best,and the therapeutic effects of Qingre dry dampness,Liangxue Zhili and Qingre Xiehuo Liangxue Zhili are better.Based on the above results,the formula for clearing heat,purging fire,cooling blood and stopping dysentery with raw gypsum and Senecio as the main components has a good effect on reducing chicken body temperature and preventing Chicken Colibacillosis,which can be recommended in clinical production.
