摘  要:本试验旨在探究饲粮中添加不同剂量苜蓿多糖对肉鸡生长性能及盲肠食糜中短链脂肪酸含量(SCFAs)的影响。试验选取240只1日龄艾维因肉鸡,随机分成4组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加0.5%、1%、2%的苜蓿多糖。试验期42d。结果表明,在1~21d,与对照组相比,添加1%、2%的苜蓿多糖显著提高肉鸡体重、平均日增重、平均日采食量、盲肠食糜中乙酸、丁酸、异丁酸、戊酸及总SCFAs含量(P<0.05),而且1%组苜蓿多糖乙酸、丁酸、异丁酸、戊酸及总SCFAs含量显著高于其他三组(P<0.05);在1~42 d,1%苜蓿多糖组肉鸡体重和平均日增重最高,0.5%、2%苜蓿多糖组次之,而对照组最低,且差异显著(P<0.05);与其他三组相比,1%苜蓿多糖显著降低肉鸡饲料转化率(P<0.05);苜蓿多糖组肉鸡盲肠食糜中乙酸、丁酸、异戊酸含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),0.5%、1%苜蓿多糖组盲肠食糜中丙酸及异丁酸含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,在本试验条件下,饲粮中添加苜蓿多糖可改善肉鸡生长性能,提高盲肠食糜中短链脂肪酸含量,且苜蓿多糖添加量为1%时效果最佳。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different doses of alfalfa polysaccharides(APS)on growth performance and cecal short chain fatty acid content in broilers.A total of 240 broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 10 birds per replicate.The 4 groups were the basal diet supplemented with 0(control),0.5%,1% and 2% APS.The trial period was 42 days.The results showed that on d 21,compared with the control group,addition of 1% and 2% APS significantly increased body weight,average daily gain,average daily feed intake,acetic acid,butyric acid,isobutyric acid,valproic acid and total SCFAs contents in cecal chyme of broilers(P<0.05).The contents of acetic acid,butyric acid,isobutyric acid,valproic acid and total SCFAs in 1% APS group were significantly higher than those in other three groups(P<0.05).On d 42,body weight and average daily gain of broilers in 1% APS group were the highest,then in 0.5% and 2% APS group,and the lowest in control group(P<0.05).Compared with the other three groups,1% APS significantly decreased feed conversion rate of broilers(P<0.05).The contents of acetic acid,butyric acid and isovalerate in the cecal chyme of the APS group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The contents of propionic acid and isobutyric acid in cecal chyme of 0.5% and 1% APS groups were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).To sum up,under the conditions of this experiment,adding APS to diet can improve the growth performance of broilers and increase the short chain fatty acid content in cecal chyme,and the effect is best when the amount of APS is 1%.
