盐城市首位度现状评价与提升对策

摘　　要：城市发展是推动区域经济发展的主要动力,城市首位度是决定城市综合竞争力的重要标志。本文以盐城市的人口首位度、经济首位度、产业首位度等为主要内容的城市首位度为研究对象,分别使用二城市指数法和四城市指数法对发展现状进行分析,并且对未来发展趋势进行预测。作为东部沿海城市,盐城市在首位度发展上低于合理首位度阈值。针对现有发展困境,从增强人口吸引力,提高经济发展水平、加快产业转型等方面提出提升盐城市城市发展现状的对策建议。Urban development is the main driving force behind regional economic development,and urban primacy is an important indicator of a city's comprehensive competitiveness.This article focuses on the urban primacy of Yancheng City,which includes population primacy,economic primacy,and industrial primacy.The two city index method and four city index method are used to analyze the current development status and predict future development trends.As a coastal city in the eastern region,Yancheng City is below the reasonable threshold for first degree development.In response to the existing development difficulties,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to enhance the urban development status of Yancheng City from the aspects of enhancing population attractiveness,improving economic development level,and accelerating industrial transformation.
