摘 要:以镍渣和波特兰水泥(OPC)为主要原料,采用硫酸钠和氢氧化钠作为复合激发剂制备碱镍渣水泥并研究其力学性能和微观结构。结果表明:固定硫酸钠和氢氧化钠的总掺量为镍渣与OPC质量之和的8%,随着NaOH从0%增加到4%,碱镍渣水泥的凝结时间缩短,标准稠度用水量增大,主要水化产物C-(A)-S-H、C-A-H、钙矾石和钠钙硅铝酸盐增多,钙矾石和钠钙硅铝酸盐能够填充孔隙,使结构变得更加致密,因此抗折强度和抗压强度逐渐增大;采用硫酸钠和氢氧化钠(各为4%)复合激发制得的碱镍渣水泥28 d抗压强度为40.38 MPa。Using nickel slag and Portland cement(OPC)as the main raw materials,sodium sulfate and sodium hydroxide were used as composite activator to prepare alkali nickel slag cement and study its mechanical properties and microstructure.The results showed that when the total mass of sodium sulfate and sodium hydroxide was 8%of the mass of nickel slag and OPC,with the increasing of NaOH from 0%to 4%,both the setting time and the water consumption of standard consistency of alkali nickel slag cement were shortened.Meanwhile the main hydration products C-(A)-S-H,C-A-H,ettringite and Sodium calcium aluminosilicate increasd.Ettringite and Sodium calcium aluminosilicate can fill the pores and make the structure more dense.The flexural strength and compres-sive strength gradually increased;the 28 d compressive strength of the alkali-nickel slag cement prepared by the composite excitation of sodium sulfate and sodium hydroxide(4%each)was 40.38 MPa.
