摘 要:采用蕉麻纤维材料及其表面改性手段来提高石膏板的强度,并探讨不同形态、不同尺寸的蕉麻纤维对石膏板性能的影响.在蕉麻纤维不同长度(10、20、30 mm)、不同使用比例(1%、2%、3%),以及采用湿润、NaOH、NaOH+H2O2和KH550不同方法表面处理因素条件下制备蕉麻纤维增强石膏板,研究石膏板的力学性能.实验结果表明:NaOH+H2O2处理蕉麻纤维,纤维长度为20 mm,添加纤维量为3%时石膏板的强度效果最好;和纯石膏制作的板材相比,蕉麻纤维增强石膏板的弹性模量提高了16.20%,静曲强度提高了71.02%,内接和强度提高了169.50%.最后通过对蕉麻纤维石膏板的应用分析,助力营造生态环保的室内空间.The abaca fiber material and its surface modification methods were used to improve the strength of gypsum board,and the effects of different shapes and sizes of Abaca fiber on the properties of gypsum board were discussed.The abaca fiber reinforced gypsum board was prepared and studied under the conditions of different length(10 mm,20 mm and 30 mm)of abaca fiber,different use ratio(1%,2%,3%),and different surface treatment methods of wetting,NaOH,NaOH+H_(2)O_(2)and KH550.The experimental results showed that the strength of gypsum board was the best when the abaca fiber was treated by NaOH+H_(2)O_(2)with the fiber length was 20 mm and the fiber content was 3%.Compared with the board made of pure gypsum,the elastic modulus,static bending strength,internal connection and strength of abaca fiber reinforced gypsum board increased by 16.20%,71.02%and 169.50%,respectively.Finally,the application of abaca fiber gypsum board was analyzed to help create an eco-friendly indoor space.
