摘  要:微量元素氨基酸螯合物属于第三代饲料添加剂,具有吸收利用率高、生物学效价高、适口性好等诸多优点,但目前测定没有统一检测方法。文章通过比较不同类型酸溶液提取效果、不同前处理方法、不同提取时间等因素,确定最佳条件,并采用原子吸收分光光度法测定微量元素氨基酸螯合物中铜、铁、锰、锌的含量。研究结果表明,该方法标准曲线线性良好,精密度及准确度高,操作简便。Amino acid chelates of trace element belong to the third generation additives,which ehxibits various merits such as high absorption and utilization rate,high biological potency,and good palatability.However,there is currently no uniform method for the determination of these trace elements.To address this issue,the article determineed the optimal conditions by compares the extraction effects of different types of acid solutions,pre-treatment methods,and extraction times,and employ atomic absorption spectrophotometry to determine the content of copper,iron,manganese,and zinc.The research results indicate that the method is characterized by good linearity of standard curve,high precision and accuracy,and easy operation.
