摘  要:镜板泵外循环结构简单且稳定性可靠性高,工程运用广泛。镜板泵集油槽内部油压的波动会导致它的紧固螺栓产生应力幅值,且油压的波动频率非常高,镜板泵集油槽紧固螺栓的强度疲劳评估对保证结构的安全可靠运行尤为重要。通过本文的计算分析,发现某抽蓄机组镜板泵集油槽紧固螺栓断裂不是强度问题,而是疲劳寿命太短,且计算分析得到的寿命和实测寿命很接近,为后续优化提供了可靠的方法。The external circulation structure of the mirror plate pump is simple,with high stability and reliability,and is widely used in engineering.The fluctuation of the oil pressure inside the oil sump of the mirror plate pump will cause the stress amplitude of its fastening bolts,and the frequency of the oil pressure fluctuations is very high.The strength fatigue assessment of the fastening bolts of the oil sump of the mirror plate pump can ensure the safe and reliable operation of the structure especially important.Through the calculation and analysis in this paper,it is found that the fracture of the fastening bolts of the oil sump of the mirror plate pump of a certain pumping storage unit is not a strength problem,but the fatigue life is too short,and the calculated and analyzed life is very close to the measured life,which provides reliable for subsequent optimization method.
