摘 要:针对某型号分流集流阀在偏载工况下同步精度低的问题,对阀工作原理进行了详细的分析,建立了阀及其回路AMESim仿真模型,通过恒压差、变压差工况对模型进行了验证分析,进一步仿真分析了固定节流口直径对阀同步精度的影响。For a certain type shunt collector valve under partial load conditions of the problem of low precision and the analysis of valve working principle in detail,we established the AMESim simulation model of valve and its circuit,through the verification of the working condition of constant pressure difference and pressure difference analysis model,further simulation analysis of the fixed throttle mouth diameter of valve synchronization accuracy.The simulation results show that in a certain range,with the increase of the diameter of the fixed throttle,the branch displacement deviation increases gradually and the system synchronization accuracy decreases.When the diameter of the fixed throttle increases from 1.8mm to 2.2mm,the branch displacement deviation increases from 2.171mm to 4.145mm.
