摘 要:明代以降,国家礼仪下移,但如何使其与民众日常生活有所契合,并内发地开展礼仪建构与实践,能够在形成稳定体系后被地方民众持续执行与坚守则是值得注意的问题。探讨文献、读书人以及宗族等在徽州地区婚姻缔结礼仪建构与实践过程中的表现与作用,更好地理解“礼制下行”至地方之后,民间为实现与国家礼制的“恰当对接”而进行的自我调节以及国家礼仪与民间社会之间的抵牾、调适与融合的动态过程。Since the Ming Dynasty,the state rituals have moved down,but it is worth noting how to make them fi t into the daily life of the people,and how to construct and practice them internally,so that they can be implemented and kept by the local people continuously after forming a stable system.This paper tries to explore the performance and role of literature,scholars and clans in the process of constructing and practicing marriage rituals in Huizhou,in order to better understand the self-regulation of the folk in realizing the“proper docking”with the national rituals after the“ritual system”was spread to local areas,and the self-regulation of national rituals and folk rituals.It is hoped that we can better understand the dynamic process of self-regulation and the confl ict,adaptation and integration between the state rituals and the civil society after the“ritual system was decentralized”to the local level.
