钢丝绳中二次螺旋钢丝中心线的曲率函数与挠率函数的周期证明与应用

摘　　要：根据曲率公式和挠率公式的特点,构造适当的辅助函数,然后证明二次螺旋钢丝中心线的曲率函数与挠率函数的周期,根据周期表达式以及辅助周期问题指出了对称关联因子ω对于二次螺旋钢丝两个方面的影响:一是修正后的ω包含钢丝绳制造设备升级的补偿原理;二是ω是二次螺旋钢丝几何、力学关键影响因素。展望了钢丝绳理论研究的下一阶段工作。According to the characteristics of the curvature formula and the torsion formula,this paper constructs an appropriate auxiliary function,and then proves the period of the curvature function and the center line of the torsion function.According to the periodic expression and the auxiliary cycle problem,the influence of the symmetry correlation factorωon the secondary spiral wire is pointed out:the revisedωincludes the compensation principle of upgrading the wire rope manufacturing equipment;additionallym the modifiedωis the key factor affecting the geometry and mechanics of the secondary spiral wire.The next stage of the wire rope theory research is discussed.
