摘  要:为提升物流中心选址方法的普适性和选址结果的科学性,提出一种结合模糊综合判定和改进遗传算法的二阶段物流中心选址方法。第一阶段采用模糊综合判定法考虑众多定性因素如交通运输、配套设施、自然环境等对候选物流中心进行综合评价,初步筛选出一部分优质备选中心进入下一阶段定量选择。第二阶段则以成本最小和效益最大为目标,对初筛的优质备选中心建立数学模型,采用改进遗传算法对模型进行求解得到最终的选址方案。通过算例验证,该方法相较于传统选址方法具有更高的完备性和普适性,合理化照顾到了各种因素对选址结果的影响,有效提升了选址结果的科学性和可行性。To improve the universality of logistics center location method and the scientificity of location results,a two-stage logistics center location method based on fuzzy comprehensive judgment and improved genetic algorithm is proposed.In the first stage,the fuzzy comprehensive judgment method is used to comprehensively evaluate the candidate logistics centers by considering many qualitative factors such as transportation,supporting facilities,and natural environment,and a part of high-quality candidate centers are initially screened out to enter the next stage of quantitative selection.In the second stage,with the goal of maximizing the total investment benefit,a mathematical model is established for the initial screening of high-quality candidate centers,and the improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the model to obtain the final location scheme.Through the example verification,this method has higher completeness and universality than the traditional location method,rationally takes into account the influence of various factors on the location results,and effectively improves the scientificity and feasibility of the location results.
