摘　　要：课程思政在立德树人过程中发挥着重要作用,将思政元素融入专业课教学中,实现思政铸魂和专业筑基的目的。通过挖掘中国公司金融故事中所蕴含的思政元素,探索建立“公司金融”课程思政体系。为实现新时代德才兼备的金融人才培养目标,采取研学、案例教学、小组展示等教学方法,探索“公司金融”课程思政教育的有效路径,提升课程思政育人效果。Course ideology and politics education plays an important role in cultivating students'virtues and values.By incorporating ideological and political elements into professional courses,the purpose of molding students'character and building a solid professional foundation can be achieved.This article takes the"Corporate Finance"course as an example,explores the establishment of the course ideology and politics system of the"Corporate Finance"course by excavating the ideological and political elements inherent in China's corporate finance stories,and explores effective ways to integrate course ideology and politics education through research-based learning,case teaching,and group presentations.This course reform enhances the effectiveness of ideological and political education in the"Corporate Finance"course,and aims to achieve the goal of cultivating finance talents with morality and capability in the new era.
