科技企业孵化器对区域科技创新能力的驱动作用——基于科技成果转化视角

摘　　要：科技企业孵化器是驱动区域科技创新的重要载体,其根本内涵在于促进各类创新要素向科技型中小企业集聚,提高企业存活率和创业成功率,驱动区域科技创新能力发展。基于我国30个省市2013—2020年的面板数据,运用基准回归模型实证检验科技企业孵化器对区域科技创新能力的驱动效应,并运用中介效应模型检验科技成果在其中的转化作用,最后基于面板门槛模型对两者之间的非线性关系进行探讨。研究发现:(1)科技企业孵化器能够有效促进区域科技创新能力提高,同时,科技成果转化在过程中起到了良好的中介作用。(2)科技企业孵化器对区域科技创新能力的驱动作用存在门槛效应,即随着各地科技成果转化跨越不同的门槛,其驱动作用进一步增强,而这一效应也表现出一定的区域差异性,即东部和中部地区的驱动效应强,西部地区的驱动效应弱。The science and technology(S&T)business incubator is an important carrier to drive regional science and technological innovation.Its fundamental connotation is to promote the agglomeration of various innovative elements to small and medium-sized technological enterprises,improve the survival rate of enterprises and the success rate of entrepreneurship,and drive the development of regional technological innovation capabilities.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces and cities in my country from 2013 to 2020,this paper uses the benchmark regression model to empirically test the driving effect of S&T incubators on regional scientific and technological innovation capabilities,and uses the mediation effect model to test the transformation effect of scientific and technological achievements in it.Finally,based on the panel The threshold model explores the nonlinear relationship between the two.The research found that:(1)S&T business incubators can effectively promote the improvement of regional scientific and technological innovation capabilities,and at the same time,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements has played a good intermediary role in the process.(2)There is a threshold effect on the driving effect of S&T business incubators on regional scientific and technological innovation capabilities,that is,as the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in various places crosses different thresholds,its driving effect is further enhanced.And this effect also shows certain regional differences,that is,the driving effect in the eastern and central regions is strong,and the driving effect in the western region is weak.
