摘  要:针对网络信息体系特征,从互理解主体的理解能力和互理解对象的信息共享程度两个方面出发,抽取教育、态势、决策、控制4个评价属性,分析各个属性领域中影响网络信息体系互理解水平的因素,构建网络信息体系互理解成熟度模型,分析6个等级对应的共享理解的特征,构建网络信息体系等级模型,给出各个属性对应各等级的标志性特征,分析各标志性特征的含义,提出网络信息体系互理解评估方法,为衡量网络信息体系达成决策优势的能力提供指导。ed from two aspects of understandable capacity for the mutual understanding subjects and degrees of information sharing for the mutual understanding objects.The influence factors of mutual understanding level for networking information-centric system-of-systems in each attribute area are analyzed.The mutual understanding maturity model is established,the corresponding shared understanding features of six levels are analyzed,the level model of networking information-centric system-of-systems is constructed and the symbolic feature of each level relative to each attribute is proposed.The meaning of each symbolic feature is analyzed.The mutual understanding assessment method for networking information-centric system-of-systems is proposed to provide guidance for assessing the capacity of networking information-centric system-of-systems that forms decision-making advantage.
