摘 要:三相异步电动机为了改善起动性能,需要减小起动电流,同时提高起动转矩,起重机等生产机械采用在其转子绕组中串接适当电阻以减小起动电流,同时希望起动转矩达到最大,然而究竟串联多大电阻可以满足以上两项要求,在工程实际中是一个难点。应用Multisim软件设计仿真电路,在电机参数已知的条件下,可以准确地试验出起动转矩达到最大时转子绕组所需串联的电阻值,且起动电流得到有效降低,经过理论验算证明仿真结果是正确的。In order to improve the starting performance of three-phase asynchronous motors,it is necessary to reduce the starting current and to improve the starting torque at the same time.Crane and other production machinery use appropriate series resistance with rotor windings to reduce starting current,and it is hoped to achieve maximum starting torque.However,how much series resistance can meet the above two requirements is a difficult problem in engineering practice.The simulation circuit is designed by Multisim software.Under the condition that motor parameters are known,the series resistance value of rotor winding can be accurately tested when the starting torque reaches the maximum,and the starting current can be effectively reduced.The theoretical verification proves that the simulation results are correct.
