摘  要:目的分析无抽搐电休克治疗(non convulsive electroconvulsive therapy,MECT)对精神分裂症患者认知功能、氧化自由基清除剂的影响。方法选择2019年5月—2021年9月于盐城市第四人民医院治疗的70例精神分裂患者,以随机数表法分组。35例患者为电休克组,35例患者为常规组,常规组给予抗精神药物治疗,电休克组给予抗精神药物联合MECT治疗,两组患者均连续治疗1个月,检测治疗前后两组患者认知功能和氧化自由基清除剂指标含量。结果治疗后,两组患者超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶含量较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),电休克组超氧化物歧化酶含量(63.58±8.11)U/mL和过氧化氢酶含量(41.02±10.32)U/L较常规组高,差异有统计学意义(t=5.189、4.775,P<0.05),两组AOPP、MDA含量较治疗前降低,电休克组晚期蛋白氧化产物、丙二醛含量较常规组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者5-羟色胺、谷氨酸、去甲肾上腺素含量较治疗前升高,电休克组5-羟色胺、谷氨酸、去甲肾上腺素含量高于常规组,两组γ-氨基丁酸含量降低,电休克组γ-氨基丁酸含量低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);电休克组患者简明精神病评定量表、阳性症状和阴性症状量表评分较常规组低,电休克组韦氏记忆测验、蒙特利尔认知评估量表评分较常规组高,电休克组患者社会功能缺陷筛选量表评分较常规组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予精神分裂症患者MECT治疗,可提升机体抗氧化应激能力,清除氧化自由基,调节机体神经递质含量,改善患者认知功能、记忆功能,改善患者精神状态,提升其生活质量。Objective To analyze the effects of non-convulsive electroconvulsive therapy(MECT)on cognitive func⁃tion and oxidative free radical scavenger in patients with schizophrenia.Methods Seventy schizophrenic patients treated in Yancheng Fourth People's Hospital from May 2019 to September 2021 were selected and grouped by ran⁃dom number table method.Thirty-five patients were in electroconvulsive group and thirty-five were in conventional group.The conventional group was treated with antipsychotics and the electroconvulsive group was treated with anti⁃psychotics combined with MECT.Patients in both groups were treated continuously for 1 month,and the cognitive function and the content of oxidative free radical scavenger indexes in both groups were detected before and after treat⁃ment.Results After treatment,SOD and CAT contents in 2 groups were increased compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SOD content(63.58±8.11)U/mL and CAT content(41.02±10.32)U/L in electroconvulsive group were higher than those in conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.189,4.775,P<0.05).The contents of AOPP and MDA in two groups were decreased com⁃pared with before treatment,and the contents of AOPP and MDA in electroconvulsive group were lower than those in conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the contents of 5-HT,Glu and NE in 2 groups were increased compared with before treatment,the content of 5-HT,Glu and NE in electro⁃convulsive group was higher than that in conventional group,and the content ofγ-GABA in two groups was decreased compared with before treatment,the content ofγ-GABA in electroconvulsive group was lower than that in conven⁃tional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the scores of BPRS and PANSS in electro⁃convulsive group were lower than those in conventional group,WMS and MoCA scores in electroconvulsive group were higher than those in conve
