术前吸入抗胆碱能药物对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者腹部手术后肺部并发症的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨术前吸入抗胆碱能药物对于慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者腹部手术后相关肺部并发症的意义。方法 回顾性分析2020年1月—2022年12月太仓市第一人民医院收治的300例慢性阻塞性肺疾病行腹部手术患者的临床资料,按照不同抗胆碱药物分为对照组(150例,术前接受抗胆碱能药物噻托溴铵进行治疗)和观察组(150例,术前接受抗胆碱能药物异丙托溴铵治疗)。对比两组并发症发生率以及治疗结果。结果 观察组术后肺部并发症发生率为11.33%,低于对照组患者的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.264,P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 术前吸入抗胆碱能药物异丙托溴铵可有效降低慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者在腹部手术后肺部并发症的发生率,治疗手段值得推广。Objective To investigate the significance of inhalation of anticholinergic drugs before operation in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods The clinical data of 300 patients with chronic obstructive pulmo⁃nary disease who underwent abdominal operation in the Taicang First People's Hospital from January 2020 to Decem⁃ber 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different anticholinergic drugs,they were divided into control group(150 cases,receiving anticholinergic drug tiotropium bromide before surgery)and observation group(150 cases,receiving anticholinergic drug ipratropium bromide before surgery).The complication rate and treatment outcome of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications in the observation group was 11.33%,lower than that in the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.264,P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative inhalation of anticholinergic drug ipratropium bromide can effectively reduce the incidence of pulmonary complications in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease af⁃ter abdominal surgery,and the treatment method is worth promoting.
