摘 要:目的探索急诊早期急性重症有机磷农药中毒呼吸衰竭患者抢救治疗中呼吸机的运用价值。方法选取2022年1—12月曹县人民医院收治的因有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭的早期急性重症患者为研究对象,共80例。施以随机抽签法分组,每组40例,为对照组做常规急诊治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上使用呼吸机治疗。对比临床总治疗效果,血气分析指标,肺功能指标,症状改善时间。结果治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率95.00%高于对照组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05);研究组PaO_(2)指标高于对照组,PaCO_(2)与pH值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组肺功能指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组症状改善时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期急性重症有机磷农药中毒呼吸衰竭患者在常规治疗的同时予以呼吸机治疗可进一步提高治疗效果,促进改善血气分析指标及肺功能,缩短症状时间,优化预后。Objective To explore the value of ventilator in the rescue treatment of patients with respiratory failure caused by organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in the early stage of emergency.Methods A total of 80 patients with early acute severe respiratory failure due to organophosphorus pesticide poisoning admitted to Caoxian People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into groups by random lottery,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine emergency treatment,while the research group received ventilator treatment on the basis of routine treatment.Compared the total clinical treatment effect,blood gas analysis indicators,lung function indicators,and symptom improvement time.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the research group was 95.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05).The PaO_(2)index of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the PaCO_(2)and pH values were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pulmonary function indicators of the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom improvement time of the research group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with early acute severe respiratory failure caused by organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,ventilator treatment can further improve the therapeutic effect,promote the improvement of blood gas analysis indicators and lung function,shorten the duration of symptoms,and optimize the prognosis.
