摘  要:目的研究肿瘤病理鉴别中特殊染色技术联合免疫组化技术的价值。方法选取2020年1月—2023年1月广东省惠州市第三人民医院接受检查的50例疑似肿瘤患者为观察对象,均给予免疫组化技术、特殊染色技术及联合诊断,以穿刺活检结果为金标准,分析比较单一及联合技术的诊断效能。结果穿刺活检结果显示50例患者中呈现出阳性48例,特殊染色技术检出42例,免疫组化技术检出41例,特殊染色技术联合免疫组化技术检出46例。特殊染色技术联合免疫组化技术的灵敏度为93.75%、准确度为92.00%均优于单一诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论特殊染色技术联合免疫组化技术的各项诊断效能明显优于单一技术,具有较高的诊断价值,可为临床提供依据。Objective To study the value of special staining technology combined with immunohistochemistry technology in pathological identification of tumors.Methods Fifty suspected tumor patients who underwent examination at the Third People's Hospital of Huizhou City,Guangdong Province from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the observation subjects.Immunohistochemical techniques,special staining techniques,and combined diagnosis were performed.The results of puncture biopsy were used as the gold standard,analyzed and compared the diagnostic efficacy of single and combined techniques.Results The biopsy results showed that 48 out of 50 patients were positive,42 were detected by special staining techniques,41 were detected by immunohistochemical techniques,and 46 were detected by special staining techniques combined with immunohistochemical techniques.The sensitivity and accuracy of the combination of special staining technique and immunohistochemistry technique were 93.75% and 92.00%,both of which were better to single diagnosis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic performance of special staining technology combined with immunohistochemistry technology is significantly better than that of a single technology,has high diagnostic value,and can provide clinical basis.
