摘 要:目的分析莫西沙星注射液联合吸入性乙酰半胱氨酸治疗重症肺炎患者的效果。方法选取2018年1月—2021年8月山东颐养健康集团莱芜中心医院收治的60例重症肺炎患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组、观察组,各30例,两组治疗方案分别为呼吸机+莫西沙星注射液方案、呼吸机+莫西沙星注射液+吸入性乙酰半胱氨酸方案,比较其效果。结果治疗后两组白介素-6、C反应蛋白及肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均明显下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组自然杀伤细胞、CD3^(+)水平均有所改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组呼吸功能指标均有所改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05)。结论呼吸机+莫西沙星注射液+吸入性乙酰半胱氨酸方案用于重症肺炎的效果较好,对患者机体炎症反应、呼吸功能、免疫力等均可以达到较好的改善效果,治疗有效率较好。Objective To analyze the effect of moxifloxacin injection combined with inhaled acetylcysteine in the treatment of patients with severe pneumonia.Methods 60 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to Laiwu Central Hospital of Shandong Yiyang Health Group from January 2018 to August 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 patients in each group.The treatment plans for the two groups were ventilator+moxifloxacin injection plan,ventilator+moxifloxacin injection+inhaled acetylcysteine plan,and their effects were compared.Results The levels of interleukin-6,C reactive protein,and tumor necrosis factor-α after treatment were significantly reduced of two groups,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of naturalkiller and CD3^(+)in both groups improved,and the observation group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the respiratory function indicators of both groups improved,and the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group 93.33% was higher than that in the control group,which was 73.33%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of ventilator,moxifloxacin injection,and inhaled acetylcysteine regimen has a good effect on severe pneumonia,achieving good improvement in the patient's inflammatory response,respiratory function,immunity,and other factors.The treatment effectiveness rate is good.
