西咪替丁联合双嘧达莫片对小儿过敏性紫癜的治疗作用研究

摘　　要：目的观察西咪替丁联合双嘧达莫片对小儿过敏性紫癜的治疗作用。方法选取2021年10月—2022年10月无锡市儿童医院收治的100例小儿过敏性紫癜患者为研究对象,以治疗方法不同分为常规组、研究组,每组50例,均开展常规药物治疗。在此基础上,常规组予以西咪替丁单一治疗,研究组予以西咪替丁、双嘧达莫片联合治疗,比较两组治疗前后血清免疫指标、相关症状消失时间、治疗有效率、不良反应发生率、炎性因子指标。结果治疗后研究组患者血清免疫指标均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组相关症状消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗有效率为98.00%高于常规组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者炎性因子指标低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿过敏性紫癜者通过西咪替丁、双嘧达莫片联合治疗,可使炎症反应降低、临床症状改善,治疗效果理想。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of cimetidine combined with dipyridamole tablets on allergic purpura in children.Methods 100 pediatric patients with allergic purpura admitted to Wuxi Children's Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a conventional group and a study group based on different treatment methods,with 50 patients in each group receiving conventional drug treatment.On this basis,the conventional group was treated with cimetidine monotherapy,while the study group was treated with a combination of cimetidine and dipyridamole tablets.The serum immune indicators,relevant symptom disappearance time,treatment effectiveness,incidence of adverse reactions,and inflammatory factor indicators were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the serum immune indicators of the study group patients were lower than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of related symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment effectiveness rate of the study group was 98.00% higher than that of the conventional group,which was 84.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The inflammatory factor indicators in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Children with allergic purpura can be treated with a combination of cimetidine and dipyridamole tablets,which can reduce inflammatory reactions,improve clinical symptoms,and achieve ideal treatment results.
