摘　　要：目的探讨锝[^(99)Tc]亚甲基二膦酸盐注射液对类风湿性关节炎的治疗作用及对心理弹性、生活质量的影响。方法选取2021年1-12月黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院类风湿性关节炎患者100例为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用传统治疗方案(甲氨蝶呤片+来氟米特),观察组在对照组基础上加用锝[^(99)Tc]亚甲基二膦酸盐注射液进行治疗。统计分析两组临床治疗效果、心理弹性、生活质量。结果用药后,观察组压痛关节计数、肿胀关节计数、疼痛评分、患者对疾病总体状况的自我评分、第三方医生对患者目前疾病总体状况的评分、类风湿因子、血沉、C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药后,观察组乐观性、力量性、韧性评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分为(91.45±5.52)分,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.143,P<0.05)。结论锝[^(99)Tc]亚甲基二膦酸盐注射液对类风湿性关节炎的治疗作用显著,能够改善患者的心理弹性、生活质量。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of technetium[^(99)Tc]methylene diphosphate injection on rheumatoid arthritis and its effect on psychological resilience and quality of life.Methods 100 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2021 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group,according to the random number table,each with 50 cases.The control group was treated with traditional treatment program(methotrexate tablets+leflunomide),and the observation group was treated with technetium[^(99)Tc]methylene diphosphate injection on on the basis of the control group.The clinical treatment effect,psychological resilience,and quality of life of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results After medication,the patients in the observation group had lower pressure-pain joint counts,swollen joint counts,VAS scores,patients'self-ratings of the overall disease status,third-party doctors'scores of the patients'current overall disease status,rheumatoid factor,blood sedimentation,and C-reactive protein levels than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After medication,the observation group of the optimism,strength,resilience in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and quality of life scores(91.45±5.52)points in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=12.143,P<0.05).Conclusion Technetium[^(99)Tc]methylene diphosphate injection has a significant therapeutic effect on rheumatoid arthritis,and it can improve the patients'psychological resilience and quality of life.
