摘  要:心力衰竭患者的血流动力学异常与不良临床结局相关。目前已经有多种血流动力学监测技术用于心力衰竭的诊治,因此临床上对于心力衰竭血流动力学监测技术的选择变得尤为重要。众所周知各种血流动力学监测技术在心力衰竭患者中的应用都有自己优势和劣势,本文将对不同类型的血流动力学监测技术做一概述。The hemodynamic abnormalities are associated with poor clinical outcomes in heart failure patients.A variety of hemodynamic monitoring techniques have been used in the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure,so the choice of hemodynamic monitoring techniques for heart failure has become particularly important in clinical practice.It is well known that various hemodynamic monitoring techniques have their own advantages and disadvantages in heart failure patients,and this article will give an overview of the different types of hemodynamic monitoring techniques.
