摘  要:目的分析关节镜微创技术治疗膝关节骨创伤的临床效果。方法方便选取2020年8月—2023年2月在徐州市贾汪区人民医院就诊的76例膝关节骨创伤患者资料,以随机数表法分为两组,其中38例实施传统开放手术治疗纳入对照组,另38例实施关节镜微创技术治疗纳入观察组,对比两组治疗效果、手术治疗指标、膝关节功能、疼痛程度及并发症。结果观察组总有效率(97.37%),较对照组(78.95%)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.537,P<0.05);观察组手术治疗指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后观察组术后膝关节功能评分较对照组更高,视觉模拟疼痛评分较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(5.26%),较对照组的21.05%更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.145,P<0.05)。结论采用关节镜微创技术治疗膝关节骨创伤,可明显改善膝关节功能,缩短患者康复进程,降低术后并发症的发生率。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of arthroscopic minimally invasive technique in the treatment of knee bone trauma.Methods The data of 76 patients with knee bone trauma who were treated in Xuzhou Jiawang District People′s Hospital from August 2020 to February 2023 were conveniently collected.Random number table method was used to divide them into two groups,of which 38 cases were treated with traditional open surgery and included in the control group,and the other 38 cases were treated with arthroscopic minimally invasive techniques and included in the observation group.The treatment effects,surgical treatment indicators,knee joint function,pain level and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.37%,which was higher than the control group′s 78.95%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.537,P<0.05).The surgical treatment indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,the postoperative knee joint function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the Visual Analog Score was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 5.26%,which was lower than 21.05%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.145,P<0.05).Conclusion Using arthroscopic minimally invasive technology to treat knee joint bone trauma can significantly improve knee joint function,shorten the patient′s recovery process,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
