摘　　要：目的探讨4~13岁儿童变应性鼻炎舌下含服免疫治疗的疗效及外周血细胞因子变化。方法方便选取2020年1—12月于厦门医学院附属海沧医院耳鼻喉头颈外科门诊治疗的56例4~13岁儿童变应性鼻炎患儿为研究对象,全部患儿均接受舌下含服免疫治疗,比较分析临床治疗前后症状评分、药物评分、视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分及外周血细胞因子情况。结果儿童变应性鼻炎患儿治疗3、6、12、24个月症状评分、药物评分、VAS评分、体征评分低于治疗前,sIgG4、IL-10、IL-13高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论4~13岁儿童变应性鼻炎舌下含服免疫治疗,有助于疾病症状的改善,减少药物治疗种类,且患者疼痛感明显减轻,有利于机体炎症状态改善,应用价值较高。Objective To investigate the effect of sublingual immunotherapy and the changes of peripheral blood cytokines in children aged 4 to 13 with allergic rhinitis.Methods Fifty-six children aged 4 to 13 years with allergic rhinitis were conveniently selected as the study subjects in the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Outpatient of Haicang Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen Medical College from January 2020 to December 2020.All the children received sublingual immunotherapy.Symptom score,drug score,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and peripheral blood cytokines were compared and analyzed before and after clinical treatment.Results Symptom scores,drug scores,VAS scores,physical signs scores of children with allergic rhinitis at 3 months,6 months,12 months and 24 months after treatment were lower than before treatment,and sIgG4 level,IL-10 and IL-13 at 3 months,6 months,12months and 24 months after treatment were higher compared before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sublingual immunotherapy for children aged 4 to 13 years with allergic rhinitis can help to improve the symptoms of the disease,reduce the types of drug treatment,and significantly reduce the pain of patients,which is conducive to improving the inflammatory state of the body,and has high application value.
