摘　　要：目的分析性激素补充疗法对更年期女性患者生活质量的影响。方法方便选取2022年1—12月福建医科大学附属龙岩第一医院收治的105例更年期女性患者为研究对象,按照治疗方案的不同将患者分成对照组和研究组。对照组(n=50)接受常规保健治疗,而研究组(n=55)则在常规保健治疗的同时,选择性激素补充疗法治疗。对比两组的激素水平、临床症状评分、生活质量。结果研究组治疗后的促黄体激素(luteotrophic hormone,LH)、促卵泡激素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH),显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的雌二醇(estradiol,E2)水平为(47.63±5.16)ng/L,显著高于对照组的(33.62±4.35)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(t=14.963,P<0.05)。相比于对照组,治疗后研究组的生活质量评分、临床症状评分均更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对更年期女性患者进行治疗时,应用性激素补充疗法治疗不但能对患者激素水平进行显著改善,而且能让其生活质量显著提高,对临床症状进行有效缓解,临床治疗效果令人满意。Objective To analyze the effect of sex hormone supplementation therapy on the quality of life of female menopausal patients.Methods A total of 105 menopausal female patients admitted to Longyan First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January to December 2022 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different treatment schemes,the patients were divided into control group and study group.The control group(n=50)received routine health care treatment,while the study group(n=55)selected sex hormone supplementation therapy at the same time as routine health care treatment.Hormone levels,clinical symptom scores and quality of life,were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of luteotrophic hormone(LH)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The estradiol(E2)level of the study group after treatment was(47.63±5.16)ng/L,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(33.62±4.35)ng/L,and the difference was statistically significant(t=14.963,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the quality of life score and clinical symptom score of the study group were lower after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Con⁃clusion In the treatment of menopausal female patients,the application of sex hormone supplementation therapy can not only significantly improve the hormone level of the patients,but also significantly improve their quality of life,and effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,the clinical therapeutic effect is satisfactory,and has the value of popularization.
