摘　　要：目的分析探讨密闭式防针刺伤型静脉留置针用于急诊急救中的价值。方法随机选取2021年2月—2022年11月于泉州市正骨医院急诊科接受紧急救治的100例患者作为研究对象,随机数表法分成对照组50例应用常规静脉留置针进行静脉输液、观察组50例应用密闭式防针刺伤型静脉留置针进行静脉输液,评价两组留置针留置时间、疼痛程度、留置针穿刺效果。结果观察组留置针留置时间长于对照组,同时观察组Wong-Baker评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组一次穿刺成功率96.00%、淤血发生率6.00%,与对照组对比,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.060、5.316,P<0.05)。结论密闭式防针刺伤型静脉留置针用于急诊急救中可降低疼痛程度,对改善穿刺效果也具有积极作用。Objective To analyze and discuss the value of closed anti-puncture vein indignant needle in emergency first aid.Methods A total of 100 patients who received emergency treatment in the emergency department of Quanzhou Orthopedic Hospital from February 2021 to November 2022 were randomly selected as the research objects.They were randoml number table method divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The control group was treated with routine intravenous indwelling needle for intravenous infusion,and the observation group was treated with closed anti-needle injury intravenous indwelling needle for intravenous infusion.The indwelling time,pain degree and puncture effect of indwelling needle in the two groups were evaluated.Results The indwelling time of indwelling needle in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the Wong-Baker score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of one-time puncture in the observation group was 96.00%,and the incidence of congestion was 6.00%.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.060,5.316,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of closed anti-puncture vein indignant needle in emergency treatment can reduce the degree of pain,and has a positive effect on improving the puncture effect.
