摘  要:心脏微血管损伤是胸部肿瘤放射治疗(放疗)的严重并发症之一,也是导致继发性心肌病、冠状动脉相关疾病、心脏传导系统异常和心包疾病等放射性心脏毒性(RICT)的病理基础。明确放疗引起的心脏微血管损伤机制对RICT的早期预防和精准化诊疗决策的制定有重大意义。该文从放疗引起的心脏微血管损伤形式、机制及其与RICT相关性等方面进行了综述,旨在为RICT的预防与监测提供新参考依据。Cardiac microvascular injury is one of the serious complications of radiation therapy(radiotherapy)for chest tumors,and it is also the pathological basis for radiation-induced cardiotoxicity(RICT)such as secondary cardiomyopathy,coronary artery related diseases,cardiac conduction system abnormalities,and pericardial diseases.Clarifying the mechanism of cardiac microvascular injury caused by radiotherapy is of great significance for the early prevention and the formulation of precise diagnosis and treatment decisions of RICT.The article reviews the forms,mechanisms,and correlation with RICT of cardiac microvascular injury caused by radiotherapy,aiming to provide new reference for the prevention and monitoring of RICT.
