摘　　要：目的研讨枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊与乳果糖配伍用药对便秘型肠易激综合征(constipated irri-table bowel syndrome,IBS)患者症状改善及血管活性肠肽(vasoactive intestinal peptide,VIP)、生长抑素(soma-tostatin,SS)水平的影响。方法随机选取2022年5月—2023年4月经仙游县总医院消化内科确诊为便秘型IBS的100例患者,以随机数表法完成分组,对照组50例予以乳果糖单服治疗,观察组50例基于对照组用药条件施加枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗,比较两组疗效、治疗前后的症状改善情况以及胃肠激素变化。结果观察组总有效率(96.00%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.060,P=0.013)。治疗后,观察组IBS病情严重程度量表(IBS Symptom Severity Scale,IBS-SSS)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组胃肠激素指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊与乳果糖配伍用药可提升对便秘型IBS患者的治疗效果,加快症状改善,促进胃肠激素VIP、SS水平的下降。Objective To investigate the effect of Bacillus subtilis enteric-coated capsules combined with lactulose on the improvement of symptoms and the levels of vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)and somatostatin(SS)in patients with constipated irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).Methods From May 2022 to April 2023,100 patients diagnosed with constipation-predominant IBS in the Department of Gastroenterology,Xianyou County General Hospital were randomly selected and grouped by random number table method.50 patients in the control group were treated with lactulose alone,and 50 patients in the observation group were treated with Bacillus subtilis enteric-coated capsules based on the medication conditions of the control group.The efficacy,the improvement of symptoms before and after treatment,and the changes of gastrointestinal hormones of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.060,P=0.013).After treatment,the IBS Symptom Severity Scale(IBS-SSS)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the gastrointestinal hormone index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Live combined Bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsules with lactulose can enhance the therapeutic effect on patients with constipated IBS,accelerate the improvement of symptoms,and promote the decline of gastrointestinal hormone VIP and SS levels.
