分析微创全瓷贴面在前牙缺损修复中的修复成功率及美学效果

摘　　要：目的探究在前牙缺损修复患者中采用微创全瓷贴面进行修复的成功率及对美学效果的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年7月—2021年7月龙岩市第二医院诊治的78例前牙缺损修复患者的临床资料,按照随机数表法分为对照组(n=39)和研究组(n=39),对照组修复方法为传统全瓷贴面,研究组修复方法为微创全瓷贴面。对比两组修复成功率、美学效果、牙槽骨垂直吸收量、骨密度、新骨轮廓。结果研究组治疗6、12个月后的修复成功率为98.00%、90.00%,高于对照组的81.63%、73.47%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.610、4.546,P<0.05)。研究组美学效果中各方面A级率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组新骨轮廓及骨密度评分低于研究组,牙槽骨垂直吸收量高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在前牙缺损修复患者中采用微创全瓷贴面进行治疗,修复成功率较高,可获得良好的美学效果,且在改善患者牙槽骨垂直吸收量、骨密度、新骨轮廓等方面优势显著。Objective To explore the success rate and aesthetic effect of minimally invasive all-porcelain veneer in the restoration of anterior tooth defects.Methods The clinical date of 78 patients with anterior tooth defects who were diagnosed and treated at Longyan Second Hospital from July 2018 to July 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=39)and a study group(n=39)using a random number table method.The control group used traditional all ceramic veneers for restoration,while the study group used minimally invasive all ceramic veneers for restoration.Compared the success rate,aesthetic effect,vertical absorption of alveolar bone,bone density,and new bone contour between the two groups.Results The repair success rates of the study group after 6 and 12 months of treatment were 98.00%and 90.00%,which were higher than the 81.63%and 73.47%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.610,4.546,P<0.05).The A-level rate in all aspects of aesthetic effects in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The new bone contour and bone density scores of the control group were lower than those of the study group,and the vertical absorption of alveolar bone was higher than that of the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with anterior tooth defect repair,minimally invasive all-porcelain veneer treatment has a high success rate of repair,good aesthetic effect,and significant advantages in improving the vertical absorption of alveolar bone,bone density,new bone contour and other aspects.
