心脏超声应用于慢性心衰患者诊断及心脏功能评价中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的 研究分析心脏超声应用于慢性心衰患者诊断及心脏功能评价中的价值。方法 选择2020年1月-2022年11月在本院治疗的慢性心衰患者125例设为研究组,选择进行体检的健康者125例设为对照组。两组均安排心脏超声检查,检测N末端B型脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平,对两组心脏超声检查参数及NT-proBNP水平进行统计比较,同时对研究组不同纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)分级患者的心脏超声检查参数及NT-proBNP水平进行统计比较。结果 研究组左房内径(LAD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、心力衰竭指数(HFEI)、NT-proBNP水平均高于对照组,左室射血分数(LVEF)低于对照组,比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。在LAD、LVEDD、HFEI、NT-proBNP水平方面,Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级>Ⅲ级>Ⅳ级,对比存在统计学差异(P<0.05);在LVEF方面,Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级<Ⅲ级<Ⅳ级,比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 在慢性心衰诊断中应用心脏超声检查的价值非常高,能够直接体现患者心脏功能,对评估患者病情严重程度有着十分积极的作用。Objective To study and analyze value of cardiac ultrasound and cardiac function evaluation in diagnosis of chronic heart failure.Methods The paper chose 125 patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital from January 2020 to November 2022 as study group and 125 healthy people with physical examination as control group.Both groups were scheduled for cardiac ultrasound examination to detect level of N-terminal B-type brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT proBNP).Cardiac ultrasound parameters and NT proBNP levels between two groups were statistically compared.At the same time,cardiac ultrasound parameters and NT proBNP levels of patients with different New York Heart Association(NYHA)classifications in study group were statistically compared.Results Left atrial diameter(LAD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),heart failure index(HFEI),NT proBNP water in study group were higher than control group in average and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was lower than control group(P<0.05).In terms of LAD,LVEDD,HFEI and NT proBNP levels,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In terms of LVEF,there was statistical difference between grade I and gradeⅡ<gradeⅢ<gradeⅣ(P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiac ultrasound can achieve high value in diagnosis of chronic heart failure,can reflect cardiac function of patients directly and play positive role in evaluating condition severity of patients.
