摘  要:汞是银白色液态金属,是常温下唯一的液态金属,室温下即可挥发,汞及其化合物可经呼吸道和皮肤吸入、消化道食入及皮下或静脉注射等途径引起中毒。汞中毒是一种古老而常见的职业病,随着汞在日常生产和生活中的广泛应用,非职业性汞中毒屡见不鲜。有报道非职业性汞中毒中肾损伤发病率比职业性汞中毒中要高,原因归结于接触汞途径的多样性、隐匿性及汞中毒临床表现多样性和不典型性。即使追问病史,患者及家属也时常不明原因,造成漏诊误诊延诊,延误病情,增加死亡率。Mercury is silver white liquid metal,the only liquid one on earth,which can evaporate at room temperature.Mercury and its compounds can be inhaled through the respiratory tract and skin,ingested through digestive tract and injected subcutaneously or intravenously to cause poisoning.Mercury poisoning is an ancient and common occupational disease.With wide application of mercury in daily production and life,non occupational mercury poisoning is common.It is reported that incidence of renal injury in non occupational mercury poisoning is higher than occupational mercury poisoning,with reasons of diversity and concealment of mercury exposure routes and diversity and atypical clinical manifestations of mercury poisoning.Even inquiring about medical history,patients and their families may not know the reason,resulting in missed diagnosis,misdiagnosis,delayed diagnosis,delayed condition and increased mortality rate.
