针对性卫生安全管理在基层妇幼保健院中的应用效果及其对管理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析针对性卫生管理在基层妇幼保健院中的应用效果,并探讨该管理方案对管理质量的影响。方法 基层妇幼保健院于2021年6月开始实施针对性卫生安全管理,本研究选取2020年1月-2021年5月接收的108例患者作为参照组,将2021年6月-2022年10月接收的108例患者作为研究组。回顾性分析其临床资料,对比针对性卫生安全管理实施前后的卫生安全管理不良事件发生率、卫生安全管理满意率和管理质量评分。结果 研究组卫生安全管理不良事件发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组卫生安全管理满意率高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组管理质量评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用针对性卫生安全管理可有效降低基层妇幼保健院卫生安全管理不良事件发生率,提高卫生安全管理满意率和整体管理质量。Objective To analyze application effect of targeted health management in grassroots maternal and child health centers and explore effect of management plan on management quality.Methods Targeted health and safety management was carried out in grassroots maternal and child health center in June 2021,the paper chose 108 patients from January 2020 to May 2021 as reference group and 108 patients from June 2021 to October 2022 as study group,reviewed and analyzed clinical data,compared incidence of adverse health and safety management events,satisfaction degree of health and safety management and management quality scores before and after targeted health and safety management.Results Incidence of adverse health and safety management events in research group was lower than reference group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of health and safety management in research group was higher than reference group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Management quality scores of research group were higher than reference group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted health and safety management can reduce incidence of adverse events in health and safety management of grassroots maternal and child health centers effectively,improve satisfaction degree of health and safety management and overall management quality.
