摘　　要：子宫腺肌症系常见病、疑难病。在病因病机方面,绝大多数学者认为瘀血为基本特征,故活血化瘀为治疗大法。作者认为,子宫腺肌症之瘀血与普通疾病的瘀血不同,其特征是具有活性的瘀血,其治疗方法,应严格依据月经的不同时间段分别用药,在经前期养血消癥、经期调经止痛、经后期除滞化瘀,治疗方法灵活应变,临床效果显著,且可避免过用活血化瘀药物带来的不良反应。Adenomyosis is a common and difficult disease.In terms of etiology and pathogenesis,most scholars believe that blood stasis is the basic feature,so promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is the main method of treatment.The author believes that the blood stasis of adenomyosis is different from the blood stasis of common diseases.It is characterized by active blood stasis.Regulating menstruation and relieving pain during menstruation,removing stagnation and blood stasis in the late menstrual period,the treatment method is flexible,the clinical effect is remarkable,and the side effects caused by the overuse of blood circulation promoting and blood stasis drugs can be avoided.
