基于“种子-土壤”学说探讨中医导引术在肿瘤防治中的作用

摘　　要：肿瘤作为中国的高发疾病之一,其发生发展与人体整体环境异常密切相关,“种子-土壤”学说揭示了肿瘤产生的独特病机,其身体“土壤”环境的异常是肿瘤疾病发生发展的关键。导引术作为中国防病保健的中医传统功法,通过调身、调心、调息三调合一的方式改善人体“土壤”环境,从而达到防治疾病的目的。在肿瘤疾病的预防阶段,练习导引术能够增强人体正气、调畅情志、改善体质,从而宏观上改善人体整体环境,以达到防癌的目的;在治疗阶段根据不同肿瘤疾病的特点,练习导引术能够缓解癌性疼痛、疲乏以及焦虑抑郁的情绪,减轻放化疗所带来的不良反应,提高肿瘤患者的生命质量。中医导引术为肿瘤疾病的防治提供了新的手段与方法,应值得进一步的重视与推广。Tumor is one of the high-incidence diseases in my country.Its occurrence and development are closely related to the abnormality of the overall environment of the human body.The“Seed-Soil”theory reveals the unique pathogenesis of tumors.The essential.As a traditional Chinese medicine method for disease prevention and health care in my country,Daoyin technique improves the“Soil”environment of the human body through the three-in-one method of regulating the body,regulating the mind,and regulating breath,so as to achieve the purpose of preventing and curing diseases.In the preventive stage of tumor diseases,practicing Daoyin can enhance the body’s righteousness,regulate emotions,and improve physical fitness,so as to improve the overall environment of the human body macroscopically,so as to achieve the purpose of cancer prevention;in the treatment stage,according to the characteristics of different tumor diseases,practice Daoyin surgery can relieve cancer pain,fatigue,anxiety and depression,reduce the side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and improve the quality of life of cancer patients.Daoyin of traditional Chinese medicine provides new means and methods for the prevention and treatment of tumor diseases,which deserves further attention and promotion.
