摘　　要：现代医学治疗慢性咳嗽主要针对病因或对症治疗,有一定局限性,且经统计约20%的慢性咳嗽患者治疗效果不理想。慢性咳嗽可归属中医学的“久咳”“久嗽”或“顽咳”的范畴,与肺脾关系密切,中医药治疗有独特的优势,“方书之祖”《伤寒论》以六经辨证为纲,相关方证为目,其中有不少条文论治咳嗽,有取之不尽,用之不竭的良方。作者在临床中体会到慢性咳嗽可依《伤寒论》中的六经辨证为依据,从中医对慢性咳嗽的病因病机认识、与太阴病致病特点以及论治等方面进行辨证分析,为临床治疗慢性咳嗽提供思路。Modern medical treatment of chronic cough mainly focuses on the etiology or symptomatic treatment,which has certain limitations.According to statistics,about 20%of chronic cough patients have unsatisfactory treatment effects.Chronic cough can be classified as“prolonged cough”,“protracted cough”or“persistent cough”in traditional Chinese medicine.It is closely related to the lung and spleen.Chinese medicine treatment has unique advantages.Syndrome differentiation is the key point,and relevant prescriptions and syndromes are the goal.There are many articles on the treatment of cough,and there are inexhaustible and inexhaustible prescriptions.The author realized in clinical practice that chronic cough can be based on the syndrome differentiation of the six meridians in“Treatise on Febrile Diseases”,and conduct syndrome differentiation and analysis from the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic cough in traditional Chinese medicine,the pathogenic characteristics of Taiyin disease,and the theory of treatment.Provides ideas for treating chronic cough.
