《针灸大成》大陵穴临床应用规律浅析

摘　　要：通过阅读《针灸大成》中对大陵穴的有关条文论述,结合近年来的临床研究,探索大陵穴的临床应用规律。大陵穴属于手厥阴心包经原穴及输穴,又名“鬼心”穴,历代医家对其命名、定位、归经基本无疑议,操作方法可分针法、灸法、针刺放血及推拿,可以用于治疗心胸疾病、精神情志类疾病、肺脾胃疾病、头面五官疾病、肢体经络病、气血津液病以及外科病,现代临床中对大陵临床应用研究有了进一步验证和拓展。大陵穴临床应用范围以心胸疾病、精神情志类疾病及肢体经络病为主,临床操作多以针刺为主,针五分或六分,多为泻法,临证时强调辨证施治。鉴古论今,《针灸大成》对大陵穴的论述为临床及实验研究提供理论依据和指导。To explore the rule of clinical application of Daling Point by reading the relevant provisions of Daling Point in“Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion”and combining with the clinical research in recent years.Daling Point belongs to the original point of Hand Jueyin pericardium and Yu Point,also known as“ghost heart”point.Doctors of all dynasties have no doubts about its naming,positioning,and return to the meridian.The operation methods can be minute needle method,moxibustion method,acupuncture and massage,which can be used to treat cardiothoracic diseases,mental and emotional diseases,lung and spleen diseases,head and facial diseases,limb meridian diseases,Qi,blood and body fluid diseases and surgical diseases.The clinical application of Daling has been further verified and expanded in modern clinic.The clinical application scope of Daling point is mainly cardiothoracic diseases,mental and emotional diseases and limb meridian diseases.The clinical operation is mainly acupuncture,five or six points of needles,most of them are purging method,emphasizing syndrome differentiation in clinical treatment.The discussion of Daling Point in“Acupuncture and Moxibustion Dacheng”provides theoretical basis and guidance for clinical and experimental research.
