摘  要:小青龙汤出自于《伤寒杂病论》,由麻黄、桂枝、芍药、细辛、干姜、炙甘草、半夏、五味子八味药组成,具有解表散寒,温肺化饮的功效,是治疗“外寒内饮”的经典名方。该文通过对小青龙汤的方证溯源以及方证特点的解读,发现小青龙汤除治疗肺系疾病有效,还广泛应用于变应性鼻炎、慢性心力衰竭等多系统疾病,且疗效较好,充分体现了中医异病同治的理念。文章总结了近年来小青龙汤的最新药理研究及临床新用,对小青龙汤的继承和创新提供思路。Xiaoqinglong Decoction comes from"Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases"and is composed of ephedra,cassia twig,peony,asarum,dried ginger,licorice,pinellia,and Schisandra chinensis.,is a classic prescription for treating"external cold and internal drinking".This article traces the origin of Xiaoqinglong Decoction's prescriptions and interprets the characteristics of the prescriptions.It is found that Xiaoqinglong Decoction is not only effective in treating pulmonary diseases,but is also widely used in multiple system diseases such as allergic rhinitis and chronic heart failure,and has good curative effect,fully embodies the concept of traditional Chinese medicine to treat different diseases together.The article summarizes the latest pharmacological research and new clinical uses of Xiaoqinglong Decoction in recent years,and provides ideas for the inheritance and innovation of Xiaoqinglong Decoction.
