摘 要:目的探讨头孢呋辛联合盐酸左氧氟沙星对老年女性泌尿道感染患者疗效、氧化应激及尿液细菌数量的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2019年2月包头市中心医院收治的老年女性泌尿道感染患者106例作为研究对象,按照治疗方式不同将其分为试验组(n=53)和对照组(n=53)。试验组患者采用左氧氟沙星联合头孢呋辛治疗,对照组患者采用左氧氟沙星治疗。比较两组治疗有效率、治疗后氧化应激指标[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及褪黑素(MT)]以及治疗前后尿液细菌数量变化。结果试验组治疗有效率(98.11%)高于对照组(86.79%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组SOD及MT水平低于对照组,而MDA水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组尿液细菌数量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组尿液细菌数量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左氧氟沙星联合头孢呋辛可有效减轻老年女性泌尿道感染患者症状,减少尿液细菌数量,调节氧化应激水平。Objective To explore the effects of cefuroxime combined with levofloxacin hydrochloride on the efficacy,oxidative stress and urinary bacterial count of elderly female patients with urinary tract infection.Methods A total of 106 elderly female patients with urinary tract infection admitted to Baotou Central Hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the study objects,and divided into experimental group(n=53)and control group(n=53)according to different treatment methods.The experimental group was treated with levofloxacin plus cefuroxime,and the control group was treated with levofloxacin.Treatment effectiveness,post-treatment oxidative stress index[superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)and melatonin(MT)],and urine bacterial count of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of experimental group(98.11%)was higher than that of control group(86.79%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of SOD and MT of test groups were lower than those of control group,while the levels of MDA were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the amount of urine bacteria between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the amount of urine bacteria in the test group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Levofloxacin combined with cefuroxime can effectively reduce the symptoms of elderly women with urinary tract infection,reduce the number of bacteria in urine and regulate the level of oxidativestress.
