摘 要:目的探讨罗红霉素联合N-乙酰半胱氨酸对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺间质纤维化(PIF)患者疗效及肺功能的影响。方法选取2020年6月至2022年6月包头市中心医院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并PIF患者98例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分组,对照组49例予以罗红霉素治疗,观察组49例在此基础上加用N-乙酰半胱氨酸治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组有效率(93.88%)高于对照组(79.59%)(P<0.05),第1秒钟用力呼气容积(FEV1)、呼吸峰流速(PEF)、用力肺活量(FVC)水平高于对照组(P<0.05),转化生长因子β(TGF-β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论罗红霉素基础上辅以N-乙酰半胱氨酸治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并PIF,能够有效抑制机体炎症反应,促进患者肺功能恢复,从而有效提升临床疗效。Objective To explore the effect of Roxithromycin combined with N-acetylcysteine on the efficacy and pulmonary function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis(PIF).Methods 98 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with PIF admitted to Baotou Central Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were grouped according to the random number table.49 patients in the control group were treated with Roxithromycin,while 49 patients in the observation group were treated with N-acetylcysteine on this basis,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group(93.88%)was higher than that of the control group(79.59%)(P<0.05),and the levels of forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEVD),peak respiratory flow rate(PEF),forced Vital capacity(FVC)were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),transforming growth factorβ(TGF-β),Interleukin 6(IL-6),Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Roxithromycin combined with N-acetylcysteine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with PIF can effectively inhibit the inflammatory reaction of the body,promote the recovery of patients'lung function,and effectively improve the clinical efficacy.
