摘　　要：黄芪作为传统中药,近年来受到了越来越多的关注。现代医学研究发现黄芪对免疫系统、心血管系统、神经系统、肝肾具有多种保护作用。黄芪甲苷是黄芪的主要活性成分之一,临床已多用于治疗神经系统疾病,如阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病等神经退行性疾病。本文将针对中枢神经再生的抑制因素,黄芪甲苷的药物动力学、毒性和其在神经再生的研究现状等方面进行综述,以期为药物开发提供新的研究方向,为临床治疗神经系统疾病提供新思路。As a traditional Chinese medicine,astragalus has received more and more attention in recent years.Modern medical research has found that astragalus has a variety of protective effects on the immune system,cardiovascular system,nervous system,liver and kidney.Astragalus IV is one of the main active components of Astragalus and has been used clinically for the treatment of neurological diseases,such as Alzheimer's disease,Parkinson's disease and other neurodegenerative diseases.In this review,the inhibitors of central nervous system regeneration,the pharmacokinetics and toxicity of astragaloside IV and its research status in neural regeneration will be reviewed,in order to provide new research directions for drug development and new ideas for the clinical treatmentofneurologicaldiseases.
