电刀联合咪喹莫特治疗艾滋病合并尖锐湿疣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察电刀联合咪喹莫特治疗艾滋病合并尖锐湿疣患者的疗效。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2021年10月行手术治疗234例艾滋病合并尖锐湿疣患者的临床资料。根据治疗方法不同将患者分为观察组与对照组,其中观察组130例,采用电刀联合咪喹莫特乳膏局部涂抹治疗。对照组104例,采用单纯电刀治疗。随访6个月,比较两组患者的疗效及不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者复发率为15.4%,对照组复发率32.7%,观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组红斑、轻度糜烂的发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电刀联合咪喹莫特局部涂抹治疗艾滋病合并尖锐湿疣的患者疗效显著,且不良反应发生率低,可在临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of treating AIDS patients with condyloma acuminatum with electric knife combined with imiquimote.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data was conducted on 234 patients AIDS with condyloma acuminatum who underwent surgical treatment from January 2018 to October 2021.Patients were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,among which 130 patients in the observation group were treated with electric knife and 5%imiquimod ointment locally,and 104 patients in the control group were treated with electric knife alone.The treatment effect and the incidence of adverse effects were compared between the two groups after 6 months.Results The total response rate of the observed group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the comparative difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the patients in the observation group was 15.4%,and that of the control group was 32.7%.The recurrence rate of the observed group was lower than that of the control group,showing statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of erythema and mild erosion in the observed group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electric knife combined with partial application of imiquimote has obvious effect on AIDS patients with condyloma acuminatum,and has a low incidence of adverse reactions,which should be promoted in clinical practice.
