不同浓度透明质酸中胚层疗法在面部年轻化中的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨不同浓度透明质酸在面部中胚层治疗中的疗效。方法收集120例要求面部年轻化的求美者,采用随机数字表法按透明质酸浓度的不同分为A、B、C组。应用皮肤检测仪分析记录皮肤变化并统计分析。结果三组治疗前后在皮肤皱纹、毛孔2个方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),在皮肤斑点方面差异无统计学意义。三种治疗方法测定结果的差值在皮肤皱纹、毛孔2个方面差异均有显著的统计学意义(P<0.001)。两两比较中,在皮肤皱纹、毛孔2个方面,A组和C组、B组和C组之间差异有统计学意义,A组和B组均优于C组,A组和B组之间差异无统计学意义。结论不同稀释浓度的透明质酸可以获得与高浓度透明质酸同水平的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of different concentrations of hyaluronic acid on facial mesoderm.Methods A total of 120 beauty seekers who requested facial rejuvenation were collected and divided into A,B and C groups according to the concentration of hyaluronic acid by random number table method.Skin changes were analyzed and recorded by skin detector and analyzed statistically.Results There were statistically significant differences in skin wrinkles and pores between the three groups before and after treatment(P<0.001),but no statistically significant differences in skin spots.There were significant differences in skin wrinkles and pores between the three treatment methods(P<0.001).In pairwise comparison,there were statistically significant differences between group A and group C and between group B and group C in terms of skin wrinkles and pores.Both group A and group B were better than group C,but there was no statistically significant difference between group A and group B.Conclusion Different dilution concentration of hyaluronic acid can achieve the same therapeutic effect as high concentration of hyaluronic acid.
