老年女性冠心病患者心理困扰现状及影响因素调查

摘　　要：目的调查老年女性冠心病患者心理困扰的现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用横断面调查研究,选取2020年1~12月三家杭州市二级以上医院心内科住院治疗的老年女性冠心病288例。采用一般资料调查表、心理困扰量表和领悟社会支持量表进行调查,采用SPSS25.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果回收有效问卷288份。患者心理困扰、领悟社会支持水平得分分别为(18.64±7.11)分、(63.93±11.23)分。多元线性回归分析显示,领悟社会支持水平越低,心功能分级越高的患者,心理困扰程度越重。结论老年女性冠心病患者多数存在心理困扰的现象,且和领悟社会支持水平呈负相关。医护人员应提高对老年女性冠心病患者的关注,有必要制定针对性的干预措施,缓解心理困扰程度并使其生活质量得到提高。Objective To investigate the current situation of psychological distress in elderly female patients with coronary heart disease,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods With the adoption of a cross-sectional study,288 elderly female patients with coronary heart disease who were hospitalized in the department of Cardiology of 3 secondary or higher hospitals in Hangzhou from the time range between January to December 2020.The general data questionnaire,psychological distress scale and comprehending social support scale were used for investigation,and SPSS25.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Results 288 valid questionnaires were collected.The scores of psychological distress and Perceived Social Support were(18.64±7.11)and(63.93±11.23)respectively.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the higher the grading of cardiac function,the lower the level of perceived social support,the more severe the psychological distress.Conclusion Most elderly female patients with coronary heart disease have psychological distress.There is a negative correlation between psychological distress and perceived social support.Medical staff should pay more attention to the elderly female patients with coronary heart disease.It is necessary to develop targeted interventions to alleviate psychological distress and improve the quality of life.
