摘 要:文章针对某100%容量给水泵汽轮机从配汽、汽源切换、通流能力等方面进行了论述,为以后此类100%容量给水泵汽轮机的设计提供了参考。同时分析了100%BMCR容量给水泵汽轮机的实际运行经济性水平,结果表明:相较于2×50%BMCR容量汽动给水泵,采用100%容量汽动给水泵,给水泵汽轮机效率可提升6个百分点,可降低火电机组热耗率约16 kJ/(kW·h),提高整机效率约0.2%,降低供电煤耗约0.6 g/(kW·h),年节省的煤碳成本约240万元。This article discusses the 100% capacity feedwater pump turbine.from the aspects of steam distribution mode,steam source switching mode,flow capacity,et al.,providing reference for the design of such 100%capacity feedwater pump turbines in the future.At the same time,the actual operating economic level of a 100%BMCR capacity feedwater pump turbine is analyzed,and the results show that compared to 2×50%BMCR capacity steam driven feedwater pump,using 100% capacity steam driven feedwater pump,can improve the efficiency of the feedwater pump turbine by 6 percentage points,reduce the heat consumption rate of thermal power units by about 16 kJ/(kW·h),improve the overall efficiency by about 0.2%,reduce the coal consumption of power supply by about 0.6 g/(kW·h),and save about 2.4 million yuan in coal cost annually.
