摘  要:汽轮机中分面法兰密封性是汽轮机安全、稳定和高效运行的基石,是汽轮机制造厂商核心技术问题之一。影响中分面密封性的因素很多,如螺栓拧紧力、密封内压、温度、中分面加工精度和法兰结构等。文章为了研究汽缸中分面结构参数是如何影响法兰刚度,进而影响中分面密封性,特设计了3个典型汽缸系列,每个系列设计8组不同高宽比(H/T)。通过分析各系列汽缸模型不同高宽比与汽缸内承压面应力的关系,研究两者之间变化规律,找出最优高宽比。同时,通过研究3个典型汽缸系列的最优高宽比,推导出最优高宽比随着汽缸类型变化的规律。The sealing performance of split flange in steam turbine is the cornerstone of safe,stable and efficient operation of steam turbine,and has been one of the core technical problems of steam turbine manufacturers.There are many factors affecting the sealing performance of the split,such as bolt tightening force,internal pressure,temperature,machining accuracy of the split and flange structure.In this paper,in order to study how the structural parameters of casing split affect the flange rigidity and the sealing performance of casing split,three typical casing series are designed,and each series is designed with 8 groups of different heightwidth ratio(H/T).By analyzing the relationship between different height-width ratio of each series of casing models and the stress of pressure bearing surface in the casing,and studying the variation law between them,the optimal height-width ratio is found out.At the same time,by studying the optimal height-width ratio of three typical casing series,the law of the optimal height-width ratio changing with the casing type is deduced.
