摘 要:以315 kW有机朗肯循环试验样机蒸发器为目标,通过理论公式计算沸腾传热系数和换热面积,并结合商用软件HTRI进行对比验证。研究了釜式蒸发器雾沫夹带的主要影响因素,据此为结构设计提供了理论指导。最后通过机组的运行数据,对蒸发器的换热性能积进行评估,试验结果和HTRI软件仿真结果偏差小,蒸发器的换热面积满足设计要求,对ORC的工程应用提供参考。Taking the evaporator of 315 kW organic Rankine cycle test prototype as the target,the boiling heat transfer coefficient and heat transfer area were calculated by theoretical formula,and compared and verified by commercial software HTRI.The main influencing factors of the entrainment of foam in kettle evaporator are studied,which provides theoretical guidance for the structural design.Finally,the heat transfer performance of the evaporator is evaluated through the operation data of the unit.The deviation between the test results and HTRI software simulation results is small,and the heat transfer area of the evaporator meets the design requirements,which provides a reference for the engineering application of ORC.
